Shipping Information

Most orders are shipped next business day via UPS Ground (guaranteed 2-4 business days to most locations).  UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air available for an additional charge.

You will receive an e-mail from UPS when your order goes out with a link to track your purchase.  Please be sure to enter your correct e-mail address at Checkout to take advantage of this feature.

Active Endeavors makes every effort to carry a very large in-stock inventory of all our products.  However, stock in some items may run out for short periods of time.  This may result in an item being specially ordered for you from the manufacturer and may make shipment time longer than expected.  You will be notified nea e-mail of circumstances causing unusually long delays (over 2 weeks).

Refused Shipments

We use UPS and Federal Express for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes.  We do not offer Saturday Delivery.  PLEASE NOTE:  Some countries may have restrictions on the receipt of specific items.
